ABA and Autism
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is recognized as the only evidence-based treatment for autism, endorsed as a best-practice treatment by the US Surgeon General and the American Psychological Association. ABA therapy focuses on improving specific behaviors, such as social skills, communication, reading, and academics, as well as adaptive learning skills like fine motor dexterity, hygiene, grooming, and domestic capabilities.
